Mine was a complicated pregnancy and since this was my first pregnancy, I had a lot of doubts, questions and anxiety. Dr. Ritu was always there for me and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire journey. She has always been extremely approachable and available whenever I needed her. Even if she was on leave or busy with an emergency, she was always just a call or message away. I’ve asked her so many silly questions during my pregnancy, but she never made me feel uncomfortable or judged. She would patiently explain everything until I was satisfied. One thing I genuinely appreciate is the amount of time she gives to her patients. We met her both at her clinic and at the hospital, and even at the hospital, despite having so many patients, she never made us feel rushed. We would literally be the ones to get up and leave after all our questions were answered. 😄 She always made sure we were comfortable and had understood everything.
I had an emergency C-section and even that day she reassured me that I could contact her whenever I needed. Even now, one month after my delivery, she is still available whenever I have an urgent concern or need her advice. As a first-time mom, having a doctor who makes you feel heard, safe and comfortable is honestly priceless. I’m truly grateful to Dr. Ritu for being there for me through one of the most important and overwhelming phases of my life.
I would genuinely recommend her to anyone, whether you have a complicated pregnancy or a completely normal one. She is not just an excellent doctor, but also someone who makes her patients feel genuinely cared for. ❤️
